Meet Isaiah Czyz

Isaiah Czyz is the CEO and Founder of Olex Digital, a full-service website and graphic design agency located in Syracuse, New York. His entrepreneurial journey began very young, starting and running very small “hustle” businesses since middle school from cleaning shoes to editing sport highlight videos. Soon enough, in 2019, Isaiah quickly turned his passion for creativity and entrepreneurship into a thriving business. By 2022, Olex Digital was officially incorporated and had expanded its reach across the East Coast, working with businesses of all sizes from New York down to North Carolina.

Isaiah’s first steps into digital marketing came during the height of the ecommerce boom, where he specialized in building professional appearing brands and Shopify drop-shipping websites. As his skills in website design, branding, and online marketing grew, so did his vision for Olex Digital. The agency soon expanded beyond ecommerce, focusing on helping service-based businesses and startups establish a strong and professional online presence. Isaiah quickly recognized that many of these businesses were just getting started and needed comprehensive support across all areas of digital branding. This led to rapid growth for Olex Digital, as the agency provided startups with professional logos, websites, business cards, letterheads, social media content, and online advertising—effectively making businesses that were only a few months old appear polished and well-established. Over time, as Isaiah gained more experience as a business owner, he refined the company’s focus, concentrating on what Olex Digital does best: building high-quality websites and delivering expert graphic design. Today, Isaiah leads a skilled team of designers, developers, and creative professionals who share his mission of delivering exceptional digital solutions tailored to the needs of professional organizations.

Before launching Olex Digital, Isaiah gained valuable real-world experience through his background in construction and leadership roles. Notably, he served as Marketing Director for a national commercial flooring company, where he developed a strong understanding of business operations and the challenges entrepreneurs face. This combination of hands-on industry experience and a passion for digital innovation enables Isaiah to deliver practical, visually appealing, and results-driven solutions tailored to his clients’ specific needs.
