1/ Mission-Driven Organization
  • Must have a clear mission focused on benefiting the community, whether through public safety, social welfare, education, health, or community support.
  • Organizations such as non-profits, religious institutions, community safety initiatives, and volunteer-driven programs are encouraged to apply.
2/ Community Impact
  • The organization should demonstrate measurable or tangible impact within the community.
  • Applicants must provide examples of past or ongoing initiatives that have made a significant difference.
3/ Legal Status
  • Non-profit organizations must be registered 501(c)(3) entities or the equivalent in their country.
  • For law enforcement, first responders, or safety groups, proof of official status or affiliation is required.
  • Churches and religious institutions must provide documentation verifying their active community involvement.
4/ Service Need
  • Applicants should have a genuine need for digital services that will help amplify their mission and impact.
  • A detailed description of the specific services needed (e.g., website redesign, branding, marketing materials) should be provided.
5/ Commitment to Collaboration
  • Organizations must be willing to collaborate closely with the Olex Digital team to ensure project success.
  • A point of contact must be designated for consistent communication and feedback throughout the project duration.

By applying to or participating in the Mission Ready Program, you acknowledge and agree that Olex Digital LLC does not guarantee approval, selection, or receipt of any services, whether discounted or complimentary. The Mission Ready Program has a limited number of service donations and discounts available each year, and only a select few organizations will be chosen based on criteria such as impact, need, and mission alignment. Submitting an application does not constitute confirmation or a promise of service. Olex Digital LLC will review applications quarterly and make final decisions at its sole discretion, which are not subject to negotiation or appeal. Participation in this program does not entitle any applicant to receive services, discounts, or other forms of support, as selection is a privilege, not a right. Furthermore, Olex Digital LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice, including changes to eligibility criteria or the scope of services offered. By participating, you accept and agree to these terms and understand that failure to comply may result in disqualification from the program.
