Mission Ready Program - Terms of Service Agreement

By applying to and/or participating in the Mission Ready Program offered by Olex Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the applicant” or “organization”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Mission Ready Program is open to organizations whose core mission is to serve, protect, or uplift their community.
Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Olex Digital LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Olex Digital LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, for any reason.
Organizations must be able to demonstrate a clear community impact and provide any required documentation upon request.

2. Application Process

All applications must be submitted through the designated online form or process provided by Olex Digital LLC.
Incomplete or inaccurate applications may result in automatic disqualification.
Accepted applicants will be contacted directly to discuss project scope, timeline, and expectations.

3. Service Scope

Services provided under the Mission Ready Program may include, but are not limited to, website design, branding, video production, digital marketing, and other creative or strategic support.
Services may be offered fully complimentary or at a discounted rate, determined based on the applicant’s needs and available resources. Olex Digital reserves the right to determine the level of discount provided, at its sole discretion.
Olex Digital LLC reserves the right to determine the scope and availability of services for each participant.

4. Collaboration & Communication

Participants must designate a primary point of contact to coordinate with the Olex Digital team.
Timely communication, collaboration, and feedback are required to ensure project success.
Failure to maintain active and responsive communication may result in removal from the program.

5. Use of Materials

Olex Digital LLC reserves the right to showcase completed projects or elements thereof (e.g., discounts, logos, websites, videos) in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitations & Termination

Olex Digital LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, or continued availability of services.
Participation in the program may be paused or terminated at any time at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or any part of it without prior notice.
The benefits and discounts offered to accepted applicants are valid for 60 days from the date of approval. If not formally accepted through a signed agreement within that period, the offer will expire and the applicant must reapply to be considered again.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must engage respectfully and professionally with the Olex Digital team.
Any form of abusive language, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior may result in disqualification from the program.

8. Legal & Liability

Olex Digital LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from participation in the program.
